Happy New Year 2020

To start with appreciating and thanking the people who loved me, to the people who challenged me, to the people who supported me in this journey of my life. Life has given me opportunity to grow, to help others and to be happy. Thank you everyone who has been a part of my life till 2019. Now that we are about to step into 2020 and everyone of us are thinking of New Year resolution. What to achieve, how to see our goals, what to prioritize, how much to earn, how much weight to lose and many more.

To achieve something or to be successful in a particular area we need to follow some habits consistently.

Let’s discuss top 5 habits which will help you to dominate 2020 and make you a winner.

1. GRATITUDE

  “START AND END YOUR DAY WITH GRATITUDE”

Gratitude is a feeling of being thankful to an individual or the things we possess. I believe that it is a powerful practice and if we inculcate in our day to day schedule it can change our life immediately. By making it a habit one can easily dissipate negative thoughts which are depressing or feeling of anxiety. This will help us to value what we have or who we have rather than repenting what we don’t have.

Follow these simple practice, you must write down three things that you are grateful about when you wake up in the morning (for instance, about the food, about the comfort of bed, about your health or anything). After finishing your day and before a sound sleep spare five minutes time, take out your gratitude notebook write three things that you were thankful about on that particular day (for instance about that lift man who stopped the lift after seeing you, about your colleague who offered you such delicious food, about anything which brought a smile on your face). Just seven days attention and this will become your natural habit.

Why am I asking to write down these thoughts? This gratitude notebook will become your magic wand. If at any moment you feel low, disheartened or dissatisfied or you have a tsunami of negative thoughts inside you just open that notebook and read it. Believe me within 5-10 min all that thought will go away and you will have a great smile on your face. Reality is that when you are spreading or giving good thoughts to others you will be receiving all good wishes in a multiple ways. Personally experimented and experienced the *"Magic of Gratitude"*. Do not believe me, you just try and test!


2.BODY AND MIND FITNESS
                                                          
                “HEALTH IS WEALTH”

We all know that exercise is important in our daily lives, we also know that why or what exercise can do for us. But why it is difficult to make it our habit. It’s important to understand that we have evolved from nomadic ancestors who spent all the time moving, hunting and travel large distance in search of food and shelter. Our bodies is designed and have evolved to be regularly active however we are using our body in a totally different way. 

Exercising in the morning is an amazing energy booster, it will help activate your mind and get ready for the day. And we must all agree on one thing that for achieving big in our life we need a good level of body and mind fitness to work for it. You will feel more confident in your life and your mind will keep sending a positive vibes everyday.  

Though we work very hard the whole day for our living, but if we have a quality sleep it takes away all the pain we suffer and we are relieved. If we have sound and quality sleep rather than ample amount, trust me we are healthy enough! You should never compromise your (quality) sleep.

Further, to maintain health and live a healthy life, just take out half and hour time for yourself. Firstly, 10min mental exercise (meditation) for stable and healthy mind and next a minimum of 20 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity. Significant moments of exercise everyday will rejuvenate, replenish and reinvent our depleted bodies and mind. Our mind is the anchor and temple of the body. Atleast start with 4-5days per week and feel the power within you. It could be anything-Jogging, Running, Cardio, Zumba, Yoga or any other thing. 

3.PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

            “TO BE SUCCESSFUL, FOCUS ON YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH”

We have heard a lot about Personal development but we hardly give an importance to it. It is vital for an individual to make oneself organized person from inside and outside.

As we progress in life we face new challenges or circumstances, changing environment and different roles which are added in our lives, it requires an upgraded version of ourselves. But the mistake we do that we try to face these changes with that same old mindset, skills and perceptive which we have acquired previously and the result doesn’t come as expected. 

Personal Development can be in any area, like you want to develop your mindset to start business, your skills for a better job or improvement in the present job, becoming emotionally stable for a good relationship or any area which you think you need to grow. 

It is the time to take responsibility for yourself which will increase your personal power. Be honest to yourself and become self-aware of a particular part which need a development and through which you can achieve success or happiness. A little effort in that area will bring out greater results. Just take a small step to create a new version of yourself.

4. VISUALIZATION
                    
          “WHEN YOU VISUALIZE, THEN YOU MATERIALIZE”

We are the director of the movie which we play in our mind. Usually we play the movie or use our imaginations in our daily life, when it is positive it create positive environment or if negative, it depletes our energy. Be conscious while using your visualization power (in your inner world) as it will be going to happen in your physical world as well. Why not play a movie the way we want? Imagine your life filled with joy, different colors, love, anything which will charge you up with the energy.

Inspired from great personalities where they have said to visualize our goals or dreams, feel the emotion of achieving it on a daily basis which helps us to achieve it faster as our action get align with our goals and dreams. This makes us to reach the goal sooner and become successful.

What if one don't have any specific goals? What must he or she suppose to do?

They need to visualize that how they can make their life a further better from the current situation. 

Just you need to sit for 10 mins and visualize a trip from your current situation to a better situation and feel as if in reality it is happening, smile and look around that the situations have changed, things have become better, you are happier than before. Notice the things around carefully. Congratulations you have found your short term goals. Now fasten your seat belt and work for it.

Start using your visualization power and see the changes you want. When you'll see your movie, you'll be proud of it. 

5.POSITIVE SELF TALK
                            
“BE MINDFUL OF YOUR SELF-TALK. IT'S A CONVERSATION WITH THE UNIVERSE.

The very first person who is listening to the words to is YOU. Hence you can feel the influence of the words in your daily life whether it is encouraging or discouraging. The words which we choose in our daily life or words which we choose to support our thoughts slowly after continuous utter it become our beliefs. And Our beliefs make our Reality.

Every word you speak can impact you and others in many ways beyond our imaginations. You should choose you words very carefully while doing self-talking or talking to others. Our words have power to make people see what are beyond their imaginations and can achieve too. Always use positive words while doing self-talking or doing public speaking or while conversing with children use only positive and encouraging words. Think before you speak.

मैं निडर हूँ|







शाम के ठीक 7 बजे गुप्ता निवास की बेल बजती हैं और अंदर से आवाज़ आती हैं , "अभी आई!"।
दरवाज़ा खुलता हैं और मुस्कराते हुए माँ कहतीं है, "आ गया बेटा?", मायूस और निराशा भरी आवाज़ में रमेश कहता  हैं "हा माँ, आ ही गया।"

बेटे को ऐसे परेशनी में देख के माँ कहती हैं "तू बैठ, मैं पानी लाई।"
फिर माँ पानी की ग्लास ला के बेटे को देती हैं।
बेटा ग्लास टेबल में रख देता हैं।
माँ बेटे की परेशानी देख उसके पास जाके बैठ जाती हैं।

फिर वह पानी की ग्लास दुबारा उठा के बेटे को देती हुईं पूछती हैं, "क्या हुआ बेटा इतना परेशान क्यों है?"

बेटा नज़रे चुराते हुए कहता है "कुछ नहीं माँ, मैं ठीक हूँ।" और फिर से पानी नहीं लेता।
ऐसे कुछ देर सवाल जवाब के बाद , बेटे के आँखों से पानी झलक ही जाता हैं और अपनी लरखराती आवाज़ में बोलता हैं,

"माँ मैं डर रहा हूँ , मेरे सपने ,जो देखे है मैंने वह पूरे होंगे की नहीं। मैं कामियाब होऊंगा की नहीं, माँ मैं डर रहा हूँ | आज यूही बातों बातों में मैंने कुछ लोगों से अपने सपने का जीकर किया तो लोग हँसने लगे माँ, बोलते हैं - तू कुछ नहीं कर पायेगा...., माँ मैं डर रहा हूँ। कहीं उनकी बाते सच न हो जाये, कहीं मेरे सपने खो न जाये, माँ मैं डर रहा हूँ। ना जाने क्यों खुद पे विश्वास खो रहा हूँ माँ।"

फिर माँ बेटे के हाथों को पकड़ कर मुस्कुराते हुए बोलती, बस इतनी सी बात से तू घबरा गया , तू डर गया, तू तो मेरा निडर बेटा हैं। ऐसे हिम्मत हारेगा तो सब को जवाब कैसे देगा।

फिर माँ ने एक प्यारी सी कविता सुनाई अपने बेटे को।


             सपने तेरे हैं उसपे तेरा ही हक़ है,
  आँखों में सपने भर के तू आगे बढ़ते जा,    
  डर को देके मात तू निडर बनता जा।


मुश्किले आयेगी तेरी राह  मे ,  
अपने संकल्प का हाथ पकड़ कर तू आगे बढ़ते जा,   
 डर को देके मात तू निडर बनता जा।

कुछ आयेंगे ऐसे पल जो तोड़ देंगे तुम्हें अंदर तक,  
"लक्ष्य" को करके याद तू आगे बढ़ते जा,   
डर को देके मात तू निडर बनता जा।


  आसान नहीं होती  क़ामयाबी की मंजिल, 
खुद में विश्वास रखकर तू आगे बढ़ते जा,  
डर को देके मात तू निडर बनता जा।

जब कोई न दे साथ निरास मत होना, 
 खुद के साथ तू होके खड़ा आगे बढ़ते जा,  
 डर को देके मात तू निडर बनता जा।

 सब हसेंगे तेरे सपनों को सुन कर, 
 तू सहमना मत, होके अटल आगे बढ़ते जा, 
डर को देके मात तू निडर बनता जा।

माँ की यह हिम्मत भरी कविता सुन कर बेटे में मानो एक नई ऊर्जा आ गई।

फिर बेटा मुस्कुराते हुऐ माँ से केहता हैं, 

माँ "मैं निडर हूँ", अब मैं अपने सारे सपने पूरे करुँगा, निडर बन आगे बढते रहुँगा। अब नहीं  घबराना लोगो की बातों से, अब नही डरना ।

उसके बाद रमेश ने कभी भी पीछे मुड़ के नही देखा और अपने सारे सपने पूरे किए।

दोस्तों हमारे जीवन मे भी कभी न कभी ऐसे पल आ ही जाते हैं  जो हमें डरा देते हैं मगर हमें  हर डर को हरा कर जीवन मे आगे बढ़ते रहना चाइये ।

Words:The Powerful Force



Greeting Awesome People,

Let’s Begin with an exercise, take a deep breath, close your eyes and say “I AM THE BEST” for 10 times slowly within yourself feeling that you are the best. 1, 2, 3… 10.
How do you feel?
Like full of energy, you can achieve anything. Oh come on that smile on your face says a lot.
Now let’s reverse the situation, take a deep breath, close your eyes and say “I AM A LOOSER” for 10 times. I know you must be shocked about what I am saying, but to understand the power of the words we need to perform the both situation.
Let’s begin 10 times just you did for “ I AM THE BEST ”. Let’s Start. 1, 2, 3… 10.
How was it? How are you feeling now?
The very first person who is listening to the words is YOU. Hence you can feel the influence of the words in your daily life whether it is encouraging or discouraging. Now after you felt the power of the words, understand why it is so powerful for the self being and other beings.
The words which we choose in our daily life or words which we choose to support our thoughts slowly after continuous utter it become our beliefs. And Our beliefs make our Reality.
This is how it works.

THOUGHTS supported by →→WORDS  →→BELIEFS →→ACTIONS→→RESULTS.

Suppose Ram has a THOUGHT that he is not good at Math. Now what will he do,  he will support that THOUGHT with some WORDS. Now it’s his choice/decision of words that will make what he wants to be. Suppose he chooses the negative words, generally we all do. Now he started to support his THOUGHTS through negative WORDS, whenever he is alone he will do self-talk that,
“ I am not good at  Math”
“ I can’t score good marks in Math”
“ I will fail in Math Exam”
And he will repeat these words when he will meet his friends and know people, turning it to one of his biggest BELIEFS. Now with the help of the WORDS Ram has created a BELIEF that Math is not his cup of tea and slowly it’s got embedded in his subconscious mind. Now how it changes into ACTIONS. Whenever he will sit for study his BELIEF will tell him that Math is not for you, you are weak in this, there is no point in studying Math, hence he will pick other subject and will start reading it. Now RESULTS will come as expected by Ram , he scored very less mark.
This is how Ram created that thought supported by Words into a reality.
What if Ram had chosen some positive words like,
“ I will read Math daily for 1 hours extra”
“ I will ask my teacher how can I improve”
“ I can get good marks I will study it more”
This words would have changed his reality.
This is what we do to ourselves we do negative self-talk and we talk same with our friends and family and the result we all know, and we say “I knew it gonna happen, I was thinking of it”. If we know its gonna happen (our words create our reality) then why not we do the other way, the positive self-talk and taking to friends and family about it in positive way using positive words.
Now replace the “Math Subject” in above story with your own thoughts that comes to you and check the words used by you to support them and recall the results.
Now after understanding how powerful are the words you need to be more caution about choosing the words that support your thoughts.

Taking this to a Step Further
We have understood how our words selection can shape our reality, how these words become beliefs and slowly –slowly gets embedded in our sub-conscious mind which leads to reality.
Now think if these words can impact on ourselves so much how would it impact on other people around us.
Everyone has a power of words with the help of which we can make see things to other people can’t see even for themselves. Your words spoken can impact somebody so much that it can flourish someone’s life or can easily ruin someone life. Choice is yours either you choose a negative word for others and pull them down or you can choose right positive words so that other person can flourish in their life.
Suppose in your Office you are working with your juniors and somehow one of them has made some mistake in the task which you delegated to him/her. Now here can be 2 scenarios:
Scenario 1:
You will call him/her and start shouting that “How can you make such a mistake?”, “You don’t know anything!”, and many more stuff, rather you throw all negative words towards him/her.
Now think what image that person will make for you and for him/her self. Considering the example of the RAM about the Math, that person will grow the thought that he/she is an idiot and can’t do the things properly. After that the words said by you will continuously get repeated in his/her mind shaping the words of his/her own. And we all know till now that Thought supported with the Words become Beliefs. This is how powerful the words are , now that person will grow with a very low confidence and will not be do well in any field.
Scenario 2:
You will call him/her make the person seated comfortably. Then you can start like “You did a good job but these are the areas you need to take care of” or “I appreciate your hard-work but these points you should change and keep in mind”.
Now think what image that person will make for you and for him/her self. Now that person will not use any negative words for the thought you have implanted in the mind rather, he/she will think I need to more careful in these area and she/he will become better and in return this will benefit you in very own task.
And there is also one hidden benefit in scenario 2, when you convey your message in the calm and positive way there are no negative thought neither in you nor in that person, means positivity everywhere. This will help you to work with a good positive energy or else you will keep attracting more negativity that particular day and your day will also be ruined.
Just Try it.
At last I conclude that “Every word you speak can impact you and others in many ways beyond our imaginations. You should choose you words very carefully while doing self-talking or talking to others. Our words have power to make people see what are beyond their imaginations and can achieve too. Always use positive words while doing self-talking or doing public speaking or while conversing with children use only positive and encouraging words.” ‘Think before you speak’
